The views from Fairmont Austin were phenomenal, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city view. I appreciated the ample seating, creating a comfortable space to take in the beautiful outlook. Plus, the live entertainment was a delightful surprise that added a touch of vibrancy to my stay.

It would have been much more convenient to have reliable connectivity and a wider selection of dishes available.

The venue was absolutely stunning, I loved the stay and the location was stunning just off tourist spots, restaurants, entertainment as well as South Beach. Excellent quality breakfast for Vegan diets, and the staff was competent.

I greatly enjoyed this hotel, it was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The rooms were fairly quiet and bright with in-room safe. A lobby restaurant for service at the Fairmont was an advantage.

The staff were sincere people from valet and check-in to concierge and waiter. I was offered a room with great views of the Austin downtown and Lady Bird Lake. Nespresso coffee and a kettle in the room were useful.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and delicious chef-prepared meals. Clean, well-decorated rooms for ultimate relaxation. Best pool in the city, convenient location near downtown and the river. The on-site efforts during the storm were commendable, providing necessary services like meals and bottled water. The proximity to downtown and East Austin allowed for convenient exploration. Despite some overcrowding issues, the Fairmont Austin's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my time there. The nearby landmarks such as Bullock Texas State History Museum, South Congress Avenue, and 6th Street added cultural richness to our family bonding experience. The relaxation facilities and entertainment options, although slightly impacted by the circumstances, still contributed positively to our overall enjoyment. The hotel's amenities and location truly made our first visit to Austin memorable and pleasant.

Enjoyed the central location of Fairmont Austin. The pool was a nice escape and the lobby was stunning. The concierge left a thoughtful touch with Prosecco. Bed was comfy. While room service had a delay, the food was tasty and service courteous. a pleasant stay.
